We set up our business in 2001. Our founding partner, Anupa Sahney had spent the previous six years working in consulting roles initially with the
McKinsey & Co. start up office in India, and then bringing in-house strategy and start-up expertise to multinationals such as AIG and Capital One Services.

Anupa felt that there was a significant need for a consulting service firm which focused on supporting clients over the long term with a greater emphasis on implementation and ongoing advisory support.

Since 2001, the firm has grown in terms of people and relationships and continues to have a broad mix of Indian as well as international clients.
